Worrying is something that most people do, however, some people worry so much that they are on a whole different level. These people may spend their days being nervous and jittery just afraid of what will happen next, or they may be overbearing on their family members as they are worried about their safety in even the safest of situations. So what makes these people do this?
Many people have hypothesized that there is a genetic predisposition to those who worry more than average. They have even went so far as to say that those mothers who worry while they are pregnant, have the adrenal glands actually delivering these worry hormones to the fetus. When the baby is born, they are going to worry more than other children who had mothers who were laid back.
The adrenal glands are majority responsible for how much someone worries, research has found out. Researchers have found that if the women and men out there who worry excessively can pinpoint their behavior to the adrenal glands that they are much happier and able to let some of that worry go. It allows for the person to focus on managing their anxiety, whether it be through medication or other methods.
So what are some symptoms of being worried that is caused by adrenal glands? If you are worried and it is constant and affecting your everyday life, such as having panic attacks when your kids walk out the door, or feeling a weight on your chest when faced with difficult decisions, then you should possibly consider that your adrenal glands are to blame.
